Carrie Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of professional experience in learning and development (L&D), marketing, and program management. She is passionate about helping others navigate career transitions with curiosity and intentionality.​ Carrie's career in leadership development included work at Deloitte and McKinsey & Company. During this time, she led a variety of projects including designing annual leadership forums for senior partners to working with vendors on a presentation skills program for sales executives. She has applied instructional design expertise to live, in-person workshops as well as virtual programs. Carrie’s energy for facilitating programs lends a unique perspective to her instructional design approach to ensure an optimal learner experience. ​Prior to her time in professional services firms, Carrie held marketing and communications positions across a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, professional sports, and the Federal government. Her undergraduate studies as an English major enable her to enhance program experiences with energizing, clear communications.​Carrie holds a Master's of Education in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor's in English and Creative Writing from James Madison University.
