We take a human-centered approach to create engaging, impactful experiences for individuals looking to navigate career changes with intentionality and curiosity.

Carrie Rodriguez
Founder and
Principal

Carrie brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and communications, spanning industries such as professional services, pharmaceuticals, Federal Government, and professional sports. She combines deep instructional design expertise with dynamic facilitation skills, enabling her to lead high-impact learning and organizational development initiatives. Her portfolio includes leadership transition workshops, curriculum standardization, and large-scale program design.

 Carrie’s passion for helping others is also evident in her work as a professional development coach, focusing on middle-management people leaders who want to be more intentional about their next career steps. She listens with curiosity and leads with care, collaborating with individuals and organizations to drive growth, belonging, and engagement.

Carrie holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's in English, Creative Writing, and Secondary Education from James Madison University. She is also an Everything DiSC© certified facilitator and Co-Active Institute-trained coach.
